- Do you have a storefront?
- No, unfortunately we don’t have a storefront. You can pick up your order in Sooke or Victoria, BC., or we can arrange delivery or shipping. We can accommodate shop visits by appointment.
- What are your hours of operation?
- Our hours vary, we are flexible and can accommodate hours outside of the typical. Someone is available most days, some evening and some weekends.
- What is the fastest way to get in touch with you?

- What payment methods do you accept?
- 1. E-transfer (please send your transfer to info@crownmecreations.ca)
2. Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard
3. Debit if picked up in Sooke or pre-arranged delivery. - Do you offer discounts for charities or not-for-profit organizations?
- Absolutely, contact us to discuss. We are proud sponsors of Westshore Basketball.
- I don’t feel comfortable ordering online. Can I order over the phone?
- When will my order be ready?
- Custom orders vary in time for production. Typically, 2-14 days which will be determined and agreed upon when order is placed. You can specify when it is needed, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Siser vinyl can be cut and ready typically the following morning, depending on pick up or delivery option requested not including Stat Holidays. - Can I exchange my order?
- Each order is custom, so we apologize but we do not offer exchanges or refunds. If there is an error in the order, we will do everything in our power to rectify this issue.
- How much is shipping in Canada?
- Flat rate shipping of $10 for standard ground shipping
$150+ Order = FREE standard ground Shipping

- Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx or UPS within Canada.
- What is the turnaround time for shipping?
- Shipping times vary on the shipping method that you choose and distance.
Typically:
Ground: 2 – 7 business days
Express: 1 – 3 business days
Siser Vinyl Specific
- What is the width of your vinyl?
- All of our vinyl is 11.8″ wide.
- Does it come in rolls or sheets?
- Rolls are cut to the length you order. Every once in a while, we may have to split it in two pieces.
- Do you provide bulk discounts on Siser Vinyl?
- Volume discounts are available. The more you order the less you pay. Please contact us for bulk pricing on full rolls (150ft).
- What’s the minimum amount I can order?
- 1 foot! Enter the quantity of feet you want in the quantity field of the product pages.
- Can my order be rushed?
- Sometimes we are able to rush orders through, on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your request. A extra fee may be applied to all rushed orders.
Custom Apparel Specific
- How do I care for my custom apparel items?
- To preserve the colours and quality of your custom apparel, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and hanging to dry. You can tumble dry on low heat.
- Do you charge set up fees?
- We are proud to offer our custom apparel with absolutely no set-up fees. Our all-inclusive pricing means the price you see is the price you pay!
- When will I be charged?
- Your credit card will not be charged until you have approved your digital proof and order details. Once we receive your approval, we will send you an invoice to make payment. Once payment is received we will start printing.
